You start knowing that 1 of 2 players is a particular Minion.

You have very powerful starting information and should speak to your two pings as soon as you are able to. You don’t need to tell them they’re your pings, but getting information from them early (particualrly if it’s before the minions have got their bluffs) can be very helpful in figuring out which one should be executed.
Keep in mind that the Recluse can be shown to you as a Minion, but it is also a very convenient Minion bluff if you tell them they have been seen as a Minion.
Storytellers are unlikely to put two evil players in the Investigator pings, so if you are sure you have dealt with the Minion you saw, you can almost certainly trust the second person in your pings.
